That is why we offer our own in office membership plan. This gives you the same freedom and discounts of having an insurance plan without the hassle of a middle man or higher premiums and deductibles.
Adult Membership
13 and Older

- Doctor exams (1-2 per year)

- One emergency exam per year (if needed)
- 15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)

Periodontal Disease

- Perio maintenance cleanings (3 to 4 per year)
- Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
- Needed x-rays*
- One emergency exam per year (if needed)
- 15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
- $99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month
- For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.
